So I just stumbled upon a funny phenomenon that I didn’t know about: Songsmith.
Apparently songsmith is a piece of software by Microsoft, that will take any microphone input, and compose”appropriate” music track to accompany the song. Appropriate might not be the best term, but at least it follows the beat and tune of the song.
A lot of Internet users have been using songsmith to create new music-tracks for classic songs, and then posted them on youtube, and I must say that there are some very funny ones amongst them.
